MY STORY

Wife. Mother. Friend. Runner.   Beach Bum. Massage Therapist.

I became interested in health and wellness during a high school Sports Medicine class. I chose to complete a senior internship in physical therapy, which helped pave the way for my college years.

I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science.  I then completed the massage therapy program at the Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh, graduating in the top 3 of my class. I am also certified as a personal trainer, with a focus on corrective exercise programming.

I enjoy supporting other women in their health and wellness goals. I have a passion for learning more about our amazing bodies and how they work. I enjoy educating my clients on how to properly care for their bodies. My 20+ years of massage experience have helped me to see how essential it is for women to take time to care for their own physical and mental health so that they can better care for others around them. Massage is not a luxury, but a necessity.
